Here at Foothills Care Center, we provide free, confidential services like Medical Grade Pregnancy Tests. These tests are 99.5% accurate as soon as 7 days after your missed period. It is best to test with us after you miss your period, because that is when the pregnancy hormone hCG can be detected in your urine. 

Keep in mind that 26% of pregnancies end in miscarriage. The pregnancy hormone hCG may still be detected with a urine pregnancy test if you have recently miscarried. Pregnancy testing is accurate at confirming the presence of hCG, but only an ultrasound can verify the pregnancy’s viability.

The limited OB Ultrasounds that we provide will confirm if you are pregnant, how far along you are, and if your pregnancy is viable. All three of those factors are important for any pregnant woman to know, but especially for those considering abortion. For example, you must know how far along you are before taking the abortion pill. There are serious risks to your health and life if you take it too late in pregnancy, and abortion is unnecessary if you have already miscarried.
