To find out if you're pregnant, you first need to take a medical grade pregnancy test. These tests are usually more than 99% accurate in detecting pregnancy hormones.
We offer free and confidential pregnancy tests, and you don't need insurance. If eligible, we will schedule a return appointment for a non-diagnostic ultrasound. -
There are usually two or three days each menstrual cycle when you can get pregnant. This happens about two weeks after your last period began.
By counting the days since your last period, you can estimate when you might be ovulating and when you might have gotten pregnant.
Another way to find out the conception date is through an ultrasound. Babies grow at a steady rate, so an ultrasound can measure the baby's age. This can give a more accurate date than just counting days. -
The pain a woman may feel during an abortion procedure varies for each person. It depends on how her body reacts to the treatment and her pain tolerance.
Other factors that affect pain include the type of abortion and how developed the fetus is.
You can discuss these factors with a nurse during your appointment. You can also text a nurse privately at 864-882-8796 anytime for free.
